Ground Beef Hamburger Make Easy

The basis of a hamburger is, of course, the ground beef from which you make the hamburger patties.

In preparing the patties, I have tried a lot of stuff like onions or cheese. What you can do which tasts very well is to put some mustard and ketchup into your ground beef hamburger make "patties gorund beef". Some salt and pepper is okay too.

There are some people mentioning that it is not necessary because the natural beef is the best. Well, I like that too but sometimes I would like to have a different hamburger and so I make it some kind of different here.

Okay you start with your beef that should have about 20% fat in content. If you want 4 patties

1 ¼ pounds will be enough.Now put the ingredients I mentioned just like you want it. If you like the pure taste than make a hamburger this way. Now divide the meat into 4 patties.

Each patty should measure approximately ¾ inches thick and 4 ½ inches across. Now you can grill your hamburger or make it in a fri pan. It should be on a medium heat this way your burger will be best. My favourite is a grilled hamburger, so just see how it works best for you.
