Hamburger Make Recipe You Can Use

First, mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands, shape into four balls. Turn the heat to medium skillet and add a small amount of oil. When pan is hot, add the burgers, pushing flat with a spatula. Cook for about 3 minutes each side for rare, 4 minutes for medium, 5 minutes for well done. This is just one recipe, there are plenty more. But just start with this one.

  • A bowl

Hamburger Make an Even Better Beef Selection

Select a piece of plate and your butcher grind it (yes, there are people behind the doors - just ring the bell). Ask for a "coarse" grind. Or rather, grind your own with a meat grinder or chop in food processor (cut into 1 - to 1 ½ inch first). One advantage of this is that there are fewer worries about pollution and can safely cook your burgers medium rare, if that's what you want.

Hamburger Make - How much Fat Should You Select?

Hamurgers most of us love and "hamburger make" is a big hobby for some of us. But sometimes they are dry, sometimes do not have much flavor, and sometimes become "yew" on the grill. Here are some tips to make their burgers as "good" to "large".
Select the best meat

I watched a lot of authorities in cooking and making hamburgers, and no agreement on this point. The best, juiciest burgers are made of ground beef, which is about 20 percent fat. Less fat makes a drier burger (however, see tips below when using leaner cuts of meat). Meat-called "beef" or "burgers" may be up to 30 percent fat, and authorities agree that it is also better to know what part of the animal, your burger is.

Hamburger Make Rolls Beautiful

Just a small update to the last post here. I mentioned that if you get fresh meat for your burgers it is okay if your want it rare. Well, in a lot of countries companies like Mac Donalds are only doing it well done because of medical issues.
The USDA recommends that you always cook hamburgers so that the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees which is well done.

You see, it is risky and up to you how you like it.

Okay let us move on to the bunchs or rolls.
Before you start cooking the hamburgers, toast the cut side of the rolls. (Untoasted rolls get soggy very quickly.) Lay the rolls out on a baking sheet with sides and put them under the boiler or something in that way.
It will only take a minute maybe two, so don’t do anything but stand there with pot holder in your hand, ready to remove the rolls from the oven. (They go from beautifully toasted to burnt in the blink of an eye. And means, go to the supermarket and get some new ones ;) )
Hamburger make rolls are crucial if you ask me. If done right you will have a better taste, well it is just mmhh...

Hamburger Make - The Cooking Times

The hamburger cooking times are essential. Do you want a rare or a medium burger. Well, that is just up to you. Some people are saying that it is better to do it well done. Because of some infections you can get or sickness.

Okay, but we only get fresh meat or do you like old meat? I do not think so and this is why I like medium best. Rare is okay too because if you just get fresh meat when you make a hamburger you will not get sick.

Let us move on to the hamburger make cooking times:

Rare: appr. 3 min.

Medium: appr. 4 min.

Well done: appr. 5 min

It varies a bit if your hamburger is bigger but this is a good way to go. Just a short tip here:
If you want to make a cheeseburger, place a slice of cheese on the flip side about 1 minute before the burgers are done cooking. The heat from the hamburgers will melt the cheese.

Ground Beef Hamburger Make Easy

The basis of a hamburger is, of course, the ground beef from which you make the hamburger patties.

In preparing the patties, I have tried a lot of stuff like onions or cheese. What you can do which tasts very well is to put some mustard and ketchup into your ground beef hamburger make "patties gorund beef". Some salt and pepper is okay too.

There are some people mentioning that it is not necessary because the natural beef is the best. Well, I like that too but sometimes I would like to have a different hamburger and so I make it some kind of different here.

Okay you start with your beef that should have about 20% fat in content. If you want 4 patties

1 ¼ pounds will be enough.Now put the ingredients I mentioned just like you want it. If you like the pure taste than make a hamburger this way. Now divide the meat into 4 patties.

Each patty should measure approximately ¾ inches thick and 4 ½ inches across. Now you can grill your hamburger or make it in a fri pan. It should be on a medium heat this way your burger will be best. My favourite is a grilled hamburger, so just see how it works best for you.

As an enthusiastic hamburger fan I want to share with you some great recipes for making hamburgers. And of course some valuable information about how to make hamburger patties and so on.

I like burgers very much and it is pretty easy to make hamburger. But if it taste like a bunch of crap you will not enjoy your hambuger make. Did you know that hamburger were first made in germany? Yes, in a big and well known town Hamburg. By the way a very beautiful city and if you are going to germany take a break there.
